I am a dedicated National Master based in Chesapeake, Virginia. My goal is to bring the joys of chess to everyone by offering my coaching services to the public.

I offer a friendly, sometimes even witty outlook on chess, and I want to bring my skills as a coach and strong player to you!

Coaching will start by assessing your strong/weak points (usually with a practice game or puzzles) Then we go from there, methodically tackling your weak spots and working on them to make them your strongpoints. Later on we work on building up your openings/other points, but I believe we should save that until after we fix your weaker areas.

National Master (Earned when I was 16)

Peak Ratings USCF: (2327), FIDE: (2181)

FIDE Candidate Master (Earned in 2023 but I didn’t verify it until years later)

2x Virginia State Scholastic Chess Champion (Earned in 2021 and in 2023)

Proud Coach for 5+ years (Many students gain hundreds of points overtime)
